1 · Who we are
Spin Velvet Hub ("we", "us", or the "Site") operates spinvelvethub.com, also called the Velvet Circuit. The Site is for entertainment only. Spin Velvet Hub does not offer real-money gambling, prizes, or a way for you to redeem virtual credits for cash. No Real Money Prizes. No Real Winnings. No Purchase Necessary.
This policy does not name a separate operating company, a street address, a company number, or a licence. Privacy questions go to [email protected]. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada after you have written to us, as section 10 explains.
2 · Information we collect
Play does not create an account. There is no signup form. The Site stores a short list of values in this browser, under the localStorage prefix svh-. The keys are:
- Age-gate confirmation.
svh-agestores the value19after you confirm that you are 19 or older. - Cookie choice.
svh-consentstoresallornecessary. - Virtual credit balance.
svh-creditsstores the play counter on this device. Virtual Credits Only. The counter has no cash value. - Refill time.
svh-refillstores the time of the last daily addition or free refill. - Pause.
svh-pausestores the time a responsible-play pause ends, if you set one. - Sound preference.
svh-soundstores whether room sounds are on. This key is written only if you allow optional storage. - Number Wheel memory.
svh-wheel-logstores recent Number Wheel results, andsvh-wheel-againstores the last Number Wheel stack so Repeat can restore it. Both are written only if you allow optional storage.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, password, or payment details. We do not collect government identity numbers, precise location, health information, or biometric data. There is no payment-card field, because nothing is sold and there is no payment processor. There is no analytics tool and no advertising cookie.
If you email us, you choose the words in that message. Your own email app sends it. The Site has no email collection form. If the host that serves these files keeps ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address, a time, and the page requested, those logs are the host's. They are not a member database we operate. We do not receive them as a visitor list.
3 · How we use information
We use the browser values for these purposes only:
- To remember your age confirmation so the 19+ gate does not return on every visit to this browser.
- To keep the virtual credit counter, including the free daily addition and the free refill.
- To remember a responsible-play pause you set on this device.
- To remember the cookie choice you made.
- To remember the sound setting, and Number Wheel results or the last stack, only when optional storage is allowed.
- To deliver the pages over HTTPS.
- To answer a support, privacy, or legal email if you send one.
We do not run a promotional email programme. We do not use the storage for A/B testing. We do not process purchases. We do not build advertising profiles.
Ontario and Quebec are excluded. That geographic rule is stated on the Site. We do not use an IP-enforcement vendor, a geolocation product, or a location check to apply it. You are responsible for using the Site only where it is offered.
4 · How we share
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising partner and no analytics partner on these pages.
The browser keys stay on the device. We do not upload them to a member record. Hosting logs, if the host keeps them, stay with the host. We may disclose the contents of an email you sent if the law requires that disclosure, or if it is needed to protect a person from harm and the law allows it.
If the Site is transferred, we will update this policy first, before a materially different privacy practice applies. We will not move a member database as part of a transfer, because we do not operate one.
5 · Cookies and localStorage
The Site uses localStorage on this device. It does not set an HTTP cookie, an advertising cookie, or a third-party analytics cookie. Every key, the difference between strictly necessary storage and optional storage, and the Accept all and Necessary only choices are described in the Cookie Policy. Cookie settings in the footer opens that choice again.
6 · Security
Pages are served over HTTPS, so the files are protected in transit between the host and this browser. There is no password database, because the Site has no accounts and no passwords. We do not claim encryption at rest of a member database, because we do not operate a member database. The localStorage keys remain in the browser for this site. No method of transmission is perfect. Do not email identity documents or payment-card numbers. We do not need them, and we do not ask for them.
7 · Children
The Site is directed at people 19 and older. This age rule applies everywhere the Site is offered, including Alberta and Manitoba. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19. The age gate is a confirmation, not a date of birth.
If you believe a person under 19 used the Site, email [email protected]. Tell us the browser and the time if you can. We cannot delete localStorage from our side. The person who uses the device can clear site data for spinvelvethub.com, which removes the keys. If you also emailed us from that situation, we will delete the email we still have, unless the law requires us to keep it.
8 · Retention
localStorage stays on the device until you clear site data for this Site, or until you choose Necessary only, which removes the optional keys svh-sound, svh-wheel-log, and svh-wheel-again. A pause timestamp stays until you clear it or replace it. After the time has passed, the rooms are no longer paused, even if the old timestamp is still in storage.
We do not copy those keys to a server. Support emails, and any privacy or legal emails, are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any legal need. They are not added to a mailing list.
9 · Your choices and PIPEDA rights
PIPEDA gives you a way to ask about personal information and to challenge how it is handled. You can use the rights below yourself. Write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If we need a fact from you to understand the request, we will say so in that reply.
- Access. You can see the browser keys in your browser's site data for this Site. We cannot look them up, because they are not in a member database. If you emailed us, you can ask what we still hold of that correspondence.
- Correction. You can clear or replace the browser values on the device. If an email you sent contains a mistake, ask us to correct the copy we still have.
- Withdrawal of consent. Cookie settings lets you choose Necessary only. That choice removes optional storage. You may also clear all site data and stop using the Site. Necessary keys are used only while you keep using the rooms, because the floor cannot remember the age confirmation, the credit counter, the refill time, a pause, or your cookie choice without them. Clearing site data removes those keys as well.
- Challenging compliance. You may challenge our compliance with this policy and with PIPEDA. Start with [email protected]. If you are not satisfied after that, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as section 10 describes.
We will not refuse the entertainment rooms because you asked a privacy question. The rooms are free either way. Virtual credits have no cash value, so a privacy request does not change a money balance. There is no money balance.
10 · PIPEDA
This section describes how the fair-information principles under PIPEDA apply to Spin Velvet Hub. It is the Canadian privacy section of this policy. We do not sell personal information.
10.1 · Accountability. Spin Velvet Hub is accountable for personal information it actually holds. The privacy contact is [email protected]. There is no separate company name, company number, or street address in this policy. Accountability covers two narrow sets of information: the values this browser stores so the free rooms can run, and email you choose to send to the addresses named here. We do not operate a member database, so there is no member file beyond that mailbox. Questions about a browser key are answered by explaining that the key is on your device and how to view or clear it.
10.2 · Identifying purposes. Purposes are identified at or before the time information is used. They are the age confirmation, the virtual credit counter, the refill time, a pause you set, the cookie choice, optional sound and Number Wheel memory, delivery of the pages, and a reply to email you send. We also identify a purpose of meeting a legal duty if one applies. We do not identify a purpose of selling information, building an advertising profile, running a promotional email programme, A/B testing, or processing a purchase. Those are not purposes of this Site, because the Site does not do them.
10.3 · Consent. The age gate asks you to confirm that you are 19 or older before the rooms run. The cookie bar asks you to choose Accept all or Necessary only. Knowledge of this policy is available before you continue, and the Cookie Policy names every svh- key. Necessary storage is used because the free entertainment site cannot run without svh-age, svh-credits, svh-refill, svh-pause when a pause is set, and svh-consent. Optional storage is used only after you choose Accept all, and it is not used when the browser sends Do Not Track. You may withdraw consent for optional storage at any time with Cookie settings. You may withdraw consent for all storage by clearing site data and leaving the Site. We do not treat a visit as consent for advertising. There is no advertising programme to consent to.
10.4 · Limiting collection. Collection is limited to what a free entertainment site on this browser needs. That is the keys in section 2, plus the words you put in an email if you write to us. We do not ask you to create an account. We do not ask for a name, an email address through a form, a phone number, a password, a government identifier, or a payment-card number. We do not collect precise location. If a host keeps ordinary connection logs, we do not collect those logs into a list of visitors, and we do not add a tool that reads an IP address in order to block a province. Ontario and Quebec are excluded by the rule stated on the Site, not by a location vendor.
10.5 · Limiting use, disclosure, and retention. Information is used only for the purposes in section 3 and in this section. It is not used for a new purpose without an update to this policy. We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Browser keys are not disclosed to an advertising network, because they stay on the device. We may disclose an email you sent when the law requires it. Retention follows section 8: browser values stay until you clear them or until Necessary only removes the optional keys, and email is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any legal need. We do not keep email in order to recognise you on a later visit. The Site has no sign-in that would use it.
10.6 · Accuracy. The credit counter, refill time, pause time, sound setting, and wheel memory are accurate only as the last values this browser stored. We do not keep a second copy on a server, so a privacy mailbox cannot correct them. You can clear site data and let the browser start a new counter, or you can keep playing with the counter that is already there. If an email you sent contains a mistake, write to [email protected] and we will correct the copy we still have. If we no longer have it, we will say so.
10.7 · Safeguards. The safeguard that applies in transit is HTTPS between the host and this browser. On the device, the browser's own site storage holds the keys for this origin. Access to an email inbox is limited to the people who handle the mailbox for the request you sent. We do not describe a member database as encrypted at rest, because that database does not exist. We do not store passwords, payment-card numbers, or identity documents. Please do not send those documents. No method of storage or transmission is perfect. If a problem with an email mailbox affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
10.8 · Openness. This policy, the Cookie Policy, and [email protected] are how we explain our practices in plain language. You may ask for a further explanation of what we hold about you. We will answer within 30 days. The explanation will match the keys and the email practices on this page. We will not direct you to a street address, a company number, or a licence, because this policy does not publish them.
10.9 · Individual access. You may ask for access to personal information we hold about you, and for a description of how it has been used. For browser keys, access is on the device. The browser's site-data view for spinvelvethub.com shows svh-age, svh-credits, svh-refill, svh-consent, svh-pause if a pause was set, and, if you allowed them, svh-sound, svh-wheel-log, and svh-wheel-again. We cannot open that storage from our side. For email you sent, ask [email protected] and we will tell you what we still have of that correspondence, or that we no longer have it. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee for a straightforward request. If we cannot provide access, we will tell you why, including where the law requires us to refuse. You may also ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, as section 9 describes.
10.10 · Challenging compliance. You may challenge our compliance with these principles. Write first to [email protected] and describe the concern. We aim to acknowledge the message quickly, and we will provide a substantive response within 30 days. If you are not satisfied after contacting us, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at https://www.priv.gc.ca/. Contacting us first gives us a chance to look at the practice. It does not remove your right to complain to the Commissioner.
What this section covers in practice. The information the Site can be said to hold is the age-gate confirmation, the cookie choice, the virtual credit balance, the refill time, a pause time, an optional sound preference, optional Number Wheel memory, and any email you send. Virtual credits are a play counter with no cash value. We do not sell that information. We do not share it for advertising. A request to know, correct, or challenge that handling goes to [email protected], with a response within 30 days, and then to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you wish to go further.
11 · International users
Data entered in the browser stays on the device. The age flag, the credit counter, the refill time, the pause, the cookie choice, and any optional keys are localStorage values. They are not transferred to a headquarters, because Spin Velvet Hub does not state a headquarters in the United States or anywhere else, and it does not state a street address.
The Site is offered in the Canadian provinces and territories named in the Terms of Use, outside Ontario and Quebec. If you open the pages from somewhere else, the Site is not offered to you there. An email you choose to send is handled by your email provider and by the mailbox you addressed. That message is not a browser key, and it is not a member profile.
12 · Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. Last updated: October 20, 2026. A material change will be reflected in the text of this page before a new practice starts. Continued use of the Site after the new date is acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree, clear site data and stop using the Site.
13 · Contact
Privacy questions and privacy requests: [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. This section does not name a data-controller company or a street address.
