1 · Scope
The site is for entertainment only. Spin Velvet Hub ("we", "us", or the "Site") provides original rooms for entertainment on this browser. For Entertainment Only. Virtual Credits Only. No Real Money Prizes. No Real Winnings. No Purchase Necessary.
Spin Velvet Hub does not offer real-money gambling, betting, wagering, sweepstakes, contests, drawings, raffles, prize promotions, or any way to exchange virtual credits for monetary value. The Site does not offer a real-money casino. You cannot treat a room as a way to receive money.
2 · No real-money gambling
Nothing on the Site involves real money. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You do not wager real money on the Site.
- You cannot win real money or anything of monetary value.
- You cannot win prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, merchandise, or rewards of any kind.
- You cannot redeem virtual credits or in-game items for cash, prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value.
- You cannot cash out, withdraw, sell, transfer, or exchange virtual credits or in-game items.
- You cannot participate in sweepstakes, contests, raffles, drawings, prize promotions, or any equivalent mechanic on the Site.
No Real Money Prizes. No Real Winnings. A result shown after a round is produced in this browser for play. It is not a prize of value.
3 · Virtual credits
Virtual credits are entertainment credits that you cannot redeem. Virtual Credits Only. The starter balance, a later daily addition, a free refill, and every other credit count on the Site are a play counter in this browser. The balance is stored on this device. It is not sent to us as an account balance, because there is no account.
Virtual credits have no cash value. They are not money, not a stored-value instrument, not a security, and not a financial product. They give you no ownership interest in the Site. They remain a play counter in the browser until you clear site data or the browser removes them. A cleared browser, a different device, or blocked storage can erase the counter. That loss has no monetary value. No Real Winnings.
4 · No purchase required
This site has no shop and no paid credit packs. No Purchase Necessary. Nothing is for sale. There is no checkout and no payment processor. You never have to pay to use a room or to receive the starter balance or the free refill. Both are free. If you see a request for a card number, a wallet, or a paid pack, it is not part of Spin Velvet Hub.
5 · Eligibility
19+ only. You must be at least 19 years old to access or use the Site. This age rule applies everywhere the Site is offered, including Alberta and Manitoba. The Site does not use a lower age in those provinces. By passing the age gate, you confirm that you are 19 or older and that your use of the Site is lawful where you live.
The age gate stores a confirmation on this browser. It does not ask for your name, your date of birth, or an identity document. If you are under 19, leave the Site.
6 · Conduct
There is no account. The Site has no signup, no member profile, and no password. The person using this browser is responsible for the device and for what happens on it. On a shared device, close the browser when you are finished if other people should not open the rooms.
You agree not to cheat, not to use automation or a script to obtain or change virtual credits, and not to misrepresent your age. Do not attack the Site, probe it, disrupt it, or tell another person that virtual credits can be turned into money. You cannot sell or transfer a profile, because no profile exists. We may stop serving the pages if they are misused. That does not mean we watch every browser.
7 · Restricted territories
The Site is not available to residents of Ontario or Quebec, or where the law prohibits it. If you live in Ontario or Quebec, do not use the rooms. The same rule is written on the Site. These terms are not an offer in Ontario or Quebec.
The Site does not use a geolocation product, and it does not use a vendor to read your IP address and decide your province. You are responsible for using the Site only where it is offered. The pages are meant for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. That list is not a statement that Spin Velvet Hub has an office in any of those places.
8 · Intellectual property
The name Spin Velvet Hub, the Velvet Circuit name, the emblem, the art, the games, and the code are protected. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use the Site for your own non-commercial entertainment while you follow these terms. You may play the rooms. You may not copy the floor, the art, or the code for another product, and you may not remove a notice that travels with the pages.
9 · Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Rooms run in your browser. A browser, a network, local storage, or a device can fail, and a round can be interrupted. Results shown after a round are the results for that round on this device. We do not promise that the pages will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the extent Canadian law allows, Spin Velvet Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost virtual credits, lost time, or device trouble arising from use of the Site. A lost virtual credit balance has no cash value, because the balance is a play counter only. No Real Winnings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that Canadian law does not allow to be excluded or limited. If a consumer right, a privacy right, or another right cannot be waived, these terms leave that right in place.
10 · Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change when the text changes. Last updated: October 20, 2026. Continued use of the Site after a change is acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, stop using the Site.
11 · Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the Site, are governed by the laws of Canada. They do not select Ontario as the governing law or as the venue. They do not select Quebec as the venue. They do not select the law of any place outside Canada.
If a court is required, the claim is heard in the courts of a province or territory where the Site is offered, other than Ontario and Quebec. If you reside in an offered province or territory, the courts of that province or territory may hear the claim. Where a single court venue must be named, the courts of British Columbia may hear the claim. British Columbia is named only as that court venue. It is not an office, a street address, or a place of business of Spin Velvet Hub.
12 · Disputes
Email [email protected] first and describe the dispute in plain language. We aim to reply within two business days. If the matter is still open after that reply, or if no reply arrives in that time, you may bring it in the courts named in section 11.
Claims are individual claims. They are not group claims or representative claims, to the extent Canadian law allows that limit. If the law does not allow the limit for a particular claim, the limit does not apply to that claim, and the rest of these terms stay in effect.
These terms do not require private arbitration. They do not send a dispute to a court outside Canada, and they do not set a filing fee.
13 · Severability
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, that provision will be severed or narrowed to the extent needed, and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
14 · Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Spin Velvet Hub about your use of the Site. They replace earlier versions of those three pages. A conversation in email does not change these terms unless we confirm the change in writing from [email protected].
